Frontiers Records and Muse-Wrapped Records announce a long-term strategic alliance with a new and very exciting signing: the new studio album from none other than Steve Walsh.

 

The keyboardist/vocalist/songwriter/producer is best known for his visionary work with US progressive rock masters KANSAS. He sings lead on Kansas' biggest and best-known hits -- "Carry On Wayward Son", "Dust In The Wind" and "Point Of Know Return".

 

Entitled “Shadowman” with his third solo album, Steve Walsh unveils another landmark of creativity. With the collaboration of such musicians as Joe Franco (Twisted Sister, Magellan) on drums, Joel Kosche (Collective Soul) on guitars and bass and with former Kansas David Ragsdale on violin on the song “After” and Symphony X’s mastermind Michael Romeo caring for the orchestration on "After", "Shadowman" and "Hell is Full of Heroes", Steve Walsh reaches a new height in his artistic expression focusing on a great songwriting and superb production (courtesy of Shawn Grove also of Collective Soul fame).

 

 

Final tracklisting shall include the following tracks: Rise; Shadowman (click to hear an mp3 sample); Davey, and the Stone That Rolled Away (click to hear an mp3 sample); Keep On Knockin’; Pages Of Old; Hell Is Full Of Heroes; After; The River (click to hear an mp3 sample).

Muse-Wrapped Records will release the album in the USA through Bayside Entertainment Distribution, while Frontiers Records release the album worldwide outside the United States. 

“Shadowman”’ release date has been set worldwide on July 4th 2005.

Muse-Wrapped Records will also work to intensify its position as a ONE STOP for Prog Rock digital content downloads (songs, full albums, videos and more). Both new and known artists can create "1-song wonders" for Muse-Wrapped Records "single factory" and digitize them for sale. Frontiers Records shall also launch a new strategic partnership with Muse Wrapped for the digital distribution of many of their productions in the coming weeks.
