TRW

Mark Williamson, the singer of TRW, the exciting brand new trio also featuring guitarist extraordinaire Michael Thompson and master-drummer John Robinson, sent us his track by track comments about the songs included in the debut album "Rivers of Paradise" out on Frontiers Records. Enjoy the read!

Set My Spirit Free: this one came straight from the heart for me. Also feels like a great way to start the CD & a live show, setting up Rivers of Paradise.

Rivers Of Paradise: I love Rivers, it kicks in serious fashion! Great guitars & drums!

Hold On: is such a cool groove - classic  JR, burning guitars and a great unexpected vocal segue into Indiscretion.

Indiscretion: I love the vibe of this one and this is a rare song with a message, if you can figure it out!

Gonna Be Some Changes: cool vibe, the other nearly message song - we all have changes to make.

Only a Letter: this one tells a story song about a guy who looses his one good woman… I guess we've all lost something or someone, sometime.

Hard Time Love: it's not the easy times that make you a stronger person, it's definitely the hard times. GREAT groove!

One Good Woman: this one rocks! You don't need a bunch, just one!!

Love Comes Calling: yeah baby!! Be ready when it does…

Alimony Blues: be ready when it leaves! My favourite song on the CD… I wanted her to have the house… NOT!!! Enjoy!

The first reviews of the album have just appeared on the net with great acclaim:

"Robinson has said of the album "One thing that we pride ourselves on is all our songs have melodies that everybody will remember." This is a superb attitude and and it's what's made this such a good album" - (Komodorock)

"A real triumph on all levels" - Martin Cooper (Alloutguitars.com)

Also ROCK HARD Germany rated the cd with a glowing 8/10 !
